Refund Policy
ONLINE RETURN POLICY:
In order to be eligible for a refund, return must be postmarked within 3 days of DELIVERY of the order. The 3-day window begins on the day the package is delivered. Refunds will be returned to the card used in the original transaction within twenty-four hours of receipts of a return and based on the condition of the returned item. Please allow up to 4 business days for payment to process and the balance to reflect in your account once a refund has been issued.
All returned items must be unworn with price tags attached. Clothing must be in new, unworn condition with tags attached. Shoes must be returned in their original box in new, unworn condition, and the box must be in good condition. Jewely, handbags, undergarment, accessories, special orders, and Discounted or Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be exchanged or returned for store credit.
Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping on all returns.
